A few gentle details
So every session runs smoothly — the simple policies that shape how we work together.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Your retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, just let us know with as much notice as possible and the retainer transfers to your new session date.
Late Arrivals
Running 15 or more minutes late may shorten your shooting time, so we can honor the sessions that follow. Arrivals 30 or more minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
Inclement Weather
If unsafe weather keeps us from shooting, we'll reschedule — your retainer transfers to the new date so nothing is lost but the rain.
No-Shows
If a session is missed without notice, the retainer is forfeited. A quick message is always enough to keep things right.
